When I try to restore an exchange 2000 individual mailbox using 11d 7170, I am getting this error.

 

However, I don't get this message when I backup the exchange. I doubled check the user account and password. They all work because I can backup the mailboxes.

 

Could anyone give us any idea?

If you have worked your way through all the references on the Error Lookup link, you are probably down to an incident with Symantec
