Unable to attach to one of the drives - during exchange information restore

Hi the error message I receive when I try to restore the information store on a different exchange server is;

Unable to attach to one of the drives

The veritas agent is installed on the server were the information store is being redirected too. However, I'm still unable to perform the restore.

I'm running exchange 2003 with SP1 on windows 2003 server.


Any help would be appreciated

In my experience, that has been due using an account that does not have proper privileges when performing the restore.

Thanks for the info.

The veritas remote agent has the same account as the account being used for the restore.

Where should i check to see if the account has proper privileges when performing the information store restore.
