Unable to backup SQL 2005 SP2 instances

Hi
 
I have BE 10d SP3 installed.
 
I am unable to backup any SQL databases that are SQL 2005 SP2.
 
I can backup SP1 no problem.
 
I receive the following error: -
 
e0008492 - Database Query Failure
 
Then the database file is skipped.
 
Can anyone help?
