Unable to connect to media server error since updating to SP3

I am running BE 9.1 on a Windows 2003 server.
There is no remote use of BE on this machine. It is simply used to backup data on this server and on no other servers.

There is no Exchange Server to backup.

After installing SP3, I am unable to connect to the media server.
I cannot restart all of the BE Services with following error "the service did not start do to log on failure"

I have tried all know users and passwords including Domain Admin.

Hello,

Please refer to the following document & assign the required privileges to the backup exec service account.

Also check if the Backup Exec Remote Agent service is running under the Local System Account. The other Backup Exec services should run under the Backup Exec service account.
