Unable to install Backup Exec 12.5

Our company recently purchased 12.5 upgrade to 12.0.  When I tried to run the install I got an error message that wouldn't allow me to install.  As a result I uninstalled 12.0 to install a fresh copy of 12.5.  Now when I run the 12.5 install the install backup exec is greyed out.  The only option it gives me is install remote administration console only.

I tried to delete all aspects of backup exec out of the registry and it still didn't help.  If anyone has any idea the help would be much appreciated.

Had the same issue a few days ago when migrating Backup Exec 11D to 12.5.
I used the link below to completely remove everything from the server that references BE, rebooted, and installed 12.5.
The installation puts entries into the registry I didn't know existed!

After your restart, you should be able to install BE 12.5 if you have the correct permissions.

I ran through all the documentation and removed everything and the install backup exec option is still greyed.  Any other suggestions?
