Unable to restore from GRT to disk

I have been sucessfully running a GRT of Exchange to disk for months, but when I went to view the contents of my recent backup, I am unable to browse the Information Store. All I get is a warning on screen that says:
 
Warning: [SYMANTEC] [Backup Exec Catalog Driver] ()
 
The backup job is saying that it has completed successfully, so why can I not restore mail items?
 
PS. I have recently installed SP2 for 11d 7170
 
Help please!

After spending a bit of time looking through the support KB I found the following article:
 
 
This lists exactly the issue I have been having which only occurs if you have installed SP2 for 7170.
 
Hope this might help someone else.
