Unable to run report. No further information available.

All reports do not run except event viewer report on BackupExec v9, I had upgrade to BackupExec v10d but the problem is the same. I had tried the following links to solve the problem and to check the database consistency and to make a database repair but problem still the same. Even upgrading Adobe Reader to v 7 didn't solve the problem.

Could you tell us if you get any Errror or alert while running the report?
Or is it that the Reports runs but does not show any data?

Hello, i had tried to repair using the BackupExec 10d cd, but whenever i try to run a report I am getting this error "Unable to run report. No further information available", so the report doesn't start to run. please advice , Thank you

Please on Backup Exec Server search for this file p2soledb.dll and give us the version and path of this file .


Update us on the same and revert for any further Query

Hi, The p2soledb.dll file is found under K:\Program Files\VERITAS\Backup Exec\NT directory and its version is 8.5.0.20, it was an old version but i replaced this file with the previous mentioned version but the problem still the same.
