Good day to all of you. I would like to seek some advice from you guys.
I'm in the middle of updating all the hotfix on the MMS inside CASO server, unfortunately I forgot to paused the communication inside CASO to one MMS, causing the updates to go haywire. Now I cant do nothing to that MMS, it's corrupted, cannot reinstall, cannot uninstall and cannot repair also, seems like I have to go through manual uninstall and then reinstall back.
But before I do that, I have a question;
Inside CASO now, that MMS displayed a red sign, means unavailable, do I need to remove the MMS first from CASO then only proceed with manual uninstall, and then reinstall?
Or
I just proceed with the installation with the MMS left inside CASO with a red sign, after completion, just restart the service and both will syncronise automatically all the data.
Which one is the correct action? Please advice.
