Updates Required for 10.0 Build 5484.6a

I have just received the full version of 10.0 for Windows. The CD states that it is Build 5484.6a. I know that there are updates to this version but I don't know which ones they are.

We are upgrading from 9.0 Build 4454. I would like some "best practices" for upgrading to 10.0 and patching with the latest updates.
