Upgrade from 12.5 to 2010

Can I upgrade to 2010 from 12.5 without cost? I have a maintenance agreement if that matters.

If not, what is the upgrade pricing?

If you have a valid support 12.5, you will be eligible for a free version upgrade to 2010. Try to call Customer Care at 1-800-721-3934 option 2 so licensing department of symantec will verify your record and provide you the upgrade and provide you the options for how you can get an upgrade if you dont have a curent maintenance for you 12.5.
