If this was the Beta version, then nope. You will have to uninstall, and then install the new version.
I never ran the Beta version in a production environment, so I cannot quite comment on what to do to keep your data (assuming you are using the Beta version in your production environment!), but I would look at keeping the Data and Catalog folders if you want to hang onto information.
