Upgraded to R3 no Live Update

How do install Live update it disappeared when i upgraded to r3. I Tried the change backupexec option but its not in there

What happens when you click on Tools->Live Update

"Live Update in not installed"

Re-run the install and select the repair option.  It should install all missing components.

If live update is not installed install live update and then register the live update to download update for backup exec.
