Upgrading Backup Exec 10 Build 5484 to 5520 SP1?

Hi,

We just upgraded our Windows 2003 Server to R2, and have started getting the following backup errors.

AOFO: Started for resource: "Shadow?Copy?Components". Advanced Open File Option used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
The following volumes are dependent on resource: "C:" .
The snapshot provider used by VSS for volume C: - Microsoft Software Shadow Copy provider 1.0 (Version 1.0.0.7).
Directory was not found, or could not be accessed.
None of the files or subdirectories contained within will be backed up.

After reading this post http://forums.symantec.com/discussions/thread.jspa?messageID=4423897& It seems that I have to upgrade Backup Exec to SP1, however, on the download page it says that the service pack can only be applied to build 5520, but our build is 5484. Can I just download the 5520 install files from http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/277181.htm and install it with our license key without problem, or do the keys change with each build? Are there any other problems that might occure? Should I uninstall our current install before upgrading, or just install over the top?

Many thanks

Ben

Solved!

I downloaded the latest build, and installed it, it recognised my current install, and asked if I wanted to upgrade, keeping all my current settings. Once installed, I applied SP1, and rebooted. Once logged back in, I ran the backup that was failing, and this time it worked perfectly!
