Upgrading Backup Exec 2012 to 2014

Hi Guys,

I am in process of upgrading symantec 2012 to 2014 during upgrading it is asking for license, Can i use existing license recent recieved  renewal license shows ( ( maintenance) backup exec 2014) when i import)

You need to enter the actual product license, what you may have enetered must be a maintenance

license. If you don't have the license key for BE2014 then you should contact Symantec Licensing team.
