Upgrading MSDE from 8.00.382 to 8.00.760

Hello,

We are applying Microsoft updates to servers and one of these updates is to MSDE. The latest is SP3a for MSDE.
They are currently running WIndows 2000 SBS and Veritas BE 9.00 Rev.4367 for SBS.
I need to know if BE 9.00 Rev.4367 for SBS is compatible with MSDE 8.00.760?
Are there any requirements to BE 9.00 rev. 4367?

According to TechNote http://support.veritas.com/docs/254244, there should be no problem with applying SP3a to the Backup Exec SQL MSDE instance.
I would recommend the no-cost update to Backup Exec 9.0 build 4454. This build incorporates many updates to Backup Exec as well as MSDE SP 3a.
