Using Backup Exec 10r3 to Backup to a NAS

I currently have Backup Exec 10r3 backing up to tape.  We are looking into backing our servers to a NAS.  Is BE 10 capable of this or would we need to purchase a new version with the appropriate licences?

I am assuming that you mean Backup Exec 2010, rather than the ancient Backup Exec 10.

Backup Exec 2010 supports backing up to disk (local/NAS/CIFS/iSCSI) with no extra licensing.  iSCSI is preferred over CIFS as it simplifies authentication issues.

Check out the HCL to see which disks have been tested  http://www.backupexec.com/compatibility
