Using HP DAT72 USB

I cannot get Veritas to recognize the HP DAT72 USB tape drive.

Its running on a W2000 server and it sees it OK, but when I try to set it up in Vertas it's not there??

Any help greatly appreciated..

For both of the HP USB DAT tape drives listed on the HCL                                     http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/281670.htm 

, footnote 2 says

"The Hewlett Packard HPDAT.SYS driver v1.5.3.1 (or higher) is required for use with Backup Exec for Windows Servers. Please contact HP to acquire this driver."

Thanks for the reply Ken.

I have just got through talking to HP and the latest driver is installed and Windows recognizes and can use the unit. Veritas can still not see it??

I guess I will have to call Symantec support.
