HELP!!! My system went offline suddenly 2 days ago and I have not been able to get it online. I have had this problem many times with our backupexec system. I am running 10.d on WIN SERVER 2003. The robotic drive is recognized in hardware manager, the remote backup service is started, and have wiped the jobs and resubmitted them and still nothing. My device wont initialize, but it will inverntory the cleaning tape only. When I run a test job all I get is "Ready; there are no idle devices available". Can anyone help??

Ensure that the following latest drivers are installed:

Also update the firmware.

Check for event id 7, 9,11 or 15 in system event log.
