trying to backup to a maxtor one touch hard nas device

max size for b-to-d files: 40gb
max # of sets: 100

disk space reserve: 40gb

media set is set to have 6 days of overwrite protection and infinite append

backup job is set to overwrite

job will run for a few days and then quit with the V-79 error.

maxtor hard drive is 250gb in size and had 80gb free last night when the job failed.

login account for all the be services is a user account I created with admin privileges.
