V10 on Windows 2000

hi have installed v10 on to Win 2000 box but received the following error "procedure entry point createActctxW could not be loacted in dynamic link library kernal32.dll"
how can I resolve this ? has any one else had this from a new install

Hello,

When exactly are you receiving this error message?
Are some of the Backup Exec services failing to start?
Does this error come as a pop up?

Please let us know more in detail so that it would be easier to troubleshoot your issue.
