VHD Backup's failing

Hi Guys I have read almost every blog to my disposal as well as forum and have not seen a solution for this problem... Please let me know if there is any solution or thought on the error below. My VHD backups have been running perfectly fine until 6 days ago it decided to stop with this error and I have not since have any solution.... Please Share: " - Snapshot Technology: Initialization failure on: "VRTSRV::\\Safair_Cluster.SAFAIR.LOCAL\Hyper-V?HA?VM\SafairApps". Snapshot technology used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS). Snapshot technology error (0x173D): 0x 173d (5949) Check the Windows Event Viewer for details."

Which Backup product are you using?

We have NetBackup  and Backup Exec  forums here on Symantec Connect.

If you are using any other backup product, sorry... cannot help....
