VSS Error on windows 2008 server R2 using BE 2012

On the server I have BE 2012 SP2 loaded the backup of itself keeps failing.

I keep getting VSS snapshot unexpected provider errors. Am getting two event ID errors ...these follows

Event ID : 12293

The backup job completes with errors after backed up upto 1400GB, Plz help me put to solve this problem.

...have you made sure that BE isn't either scanning the BE services, or blocking access to the System State? I've seen McAfee do that.

I think all BE services started at the time of backup , and we are using Kaspersky I dnt knw whether it blocking access or not ?

...then you need to check Kaspersky's logs on the server in question and see if it is doing either of what I mentioned.
