Verify Failing

Running BackupExec 10d, on W2K3 Std and R2 systems and cannot get verifys to run correctly.  Getting the following error when I try to verify tapes to meet SOX requirements at multiple remote sites:

"Verify 00004 -- The job failed with the following error: A query for media on which the data set being read is continued was unsuccessful. Ensure that all media in the family have been inventoried and cataloged."

I have verified the registry settings to be correct and even tried replacing the catalogues on one of the systems without success.  Not finding much more information on the website and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

Hi Michael,
Do  you have another backup errors or failures?
How do you run "Verify"?
Is the verfy you define in the job, or is a "verify job" you run?
Is this verify on a specific tape? 
Is the tape an span tape?

Give me more infrmation,

No backup failures, from the job logs.

I run a verify from the job setup screen, the backups do not verify when they run,

Tapes from 03/08/2010.

The tapes do not span volumes.

I run a full backup each night, verify is not done at this point as it takes too long.

I don't run into issues with restores, just this verify for sox.

Wondering if it might have something to do with the time change?

Stopped BE Services

Disabled RSM

Started BE Services

Started SGMon

Reran the Verify

Verify worked.
