Veriras V15 + Netapp cdot 8.3 + Ndmp cant display any Vols

Veriras V15 + Netapp cdot 8.3 + Ndmp cant see any Vols.

netapp vserver add ok.credentials ok.

from veritas consol--right click on the netapp-"backup to disk"- no Vols are display.

there is no error massage.

any thought?
