I know how to restore a back to an exchange server.
here is my problem or question.
How would i restore an exchange backup to csv files. I basically need to be able to if even able to to restore a backup from lets say 4 months ago to not the Information store but to a different folder and just all the e-mail messages. in example: a long or multiple .txt .doc .html or .csv files. of all the e-mails that were from that day and redirect it to a different folder.
