No.

You have a mixed environment of server OS's.

Whatever your version of your Backup Exec, it tends to work with the OS's that were available that year. Newer OS's aren't "compatible."

I am battling the same issue.

You will need to upgrade to 10d as 10.0 does not support 64 bit OS. After that install hotfix 1.

Note: the upgrade from 10.0 to 10d is a free upgrade.
