WIN2003 server failing Daily Full Backup job with the following error message:
OFO: Initialisation failure on : "Shadow?Copy?Components". Advanced Open File Option used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
OFO: Snapshot Error (0xfffffed1): A failure occurred querying the Writer Status.

VSS has been updated and Veritas Backup Exec Sp 2 installed but the problem persists
