What should I do after BACKUP EXEC 11D renewal.

Hi !!,

Recently I renewed for another year my already installed and working BACKUP EXEC 11 D for Windows servers.

I received my certificate with an Agreement number, and Certificate number, and all of that. What should I do now??. Is it necessary to enter any of those numbers somewhere to register my product ???.

Second question: What does that renewal covers??. I was amazed when I entered Symantec support page and I found that they don't have at least an e-mail support for the users with a current contract.

You don't need to enter the agreement or certificate numbers anywhere for support.

For users with support, you can't open a case by email, though the person assigned to your case may communicate with you by email. You can use https://mysupport.symantec.com/ though.
