Where is my restored Exchange Contact ?

I run an restore job, selecting a single exchange contact to restore and the job will run, complete successfully, and send the user an email saying it completed.  The issue is the restored item - a contact in this case, is nowhere to be found.

BE 11D 7170 (Hotfixes 1,3-5,7-8)
Exchange 2K3 SP2

Backup is a full IS backup w/GRT enabled.

Hi Jeff,
 
Make sure you run live update again then update the remote agent .   What happens if you try a new GRT backup and try to restore a contact for another mailbox?
 
We will need to try to run the  restore with the remote agent in debug mode on the exchange server.  Also the job engine and remote agent need to be in debug .
