Where is the Backup selection

Hi,
 
Don't know whether it was the latest bouts of trouble with symantec products that stressed me out and can't see what is in front of me or it was normal for 10D. It can't be normal that you cannot make your selection. Have checked all the backup exec services seems to be running.
 
This client is on 10d, rev.5629.

Have you tried restarting the Symantec BE services?
I've seen it a few times as well that you can't drill down the tree to view or modify the selections but a simply restart resolved this.

I didn't do it at the time as need explainations etc. Did restarted later on and the selection seems to be working again.
 
At the time, I did think it may be one of the services wasn't running as I mentioned on my original posting, all BE related services were running and thought they are working fine. Well, you can never trust what is presented to you, can you.
