Windows 2003 Remote Agent terminates

Hi,

Everytime a backup is performed on a couple of Windows 2003 servers, the remote agent fails a few minutes after the backup has completed. I have tried reinstalling the agents but they still do the same thing. Any suggestions?

When the remote agent fails, does it list anything in the remote server's event logs?
