Windows OS Files loaded in memory don't get backed up

Windows OS Files loaded in memory don't get backed up when selected....I've checked other backup software CA BrightStore , and it has no problem backing up the the windows files when selected,what's the issue this is serious!!!!

I'm trying to backup files in windows\system32 folder e.g dmsermer.dll, ntoskrnl.exe and they do no get backed up...there is no error message the job run successfully with no errors. I try to restore certain Windows files in system32 and they are not on the backup.

system files are backed up via the System State selection.
