When trying to install the Windows Remote Agents, I receive "The system cannot find the file specified. To view the install log, right-click the...
Then I right click the computer and select 'View Install Log' and get 'could not find the log file'. No help here. I also select 'View Push Log' and I can read it but nothing really stands out as a problem as far as I can decipher.
To install, I'm going through Tools->License Keys and Installation ->Remote Install->Windows Remote Agents. Then I 'Add Remote Computer'. If instead, I try to put the CD in the server that I want the Remote Agent installed upon, and run the installer all I get is a dialog box that gives command line instructions. I can't get those command line instructions to work either.
(I downloaded 11D recently although we purchased it over a year ago and it's now not under support.)
Any help is greatly appreciated.
