Windows System 32, What Do I Do???

My backup job is skipping the following two files.  Are these files critical to backup?  If I unselect them from my backup selection will I be able to recover with my windows software?

Unable to open the item C:\WINDOWS\system32\dhcp\tmp.edb - skipped.
Unable to open the item C:\WINDOWS\system32\wins\winstmp.mdb - skipped.

You need the Open File Option.

It was made free in ver12 and higher.
