Wrong license inside the box (Windows Server)

We've bought 3 boxed Backup Exec 11D Windows Version copy. Inside we've found a license for SBS version. The serial generated was not accepted during the installation procedure. We've contacted Symantec and it seems we have to return products to our dealer. Anyone else had same problem?
