Why would I get this after upgrading from 9.1 to 10?

No other info in Veritas or Event Logs? Try searching Veritas.com for the error text presented. I see lots of info, but I didn't drill deeper than to see many referred to V9.

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query,

This error occurs if user not installed remote agents or any options which was used by user while performing backup :

I would suggest you to install the Remote agent

If you are using AOFO while performing backup then check whether you can see vsp.sys file on the server. If it is not present then you need to reinstall the AOFO option.

We hope this information helps, if you have any other questions please respond to the post and we will be more than happy to assist you further.
