add DataDomain 2500 TS2900

good afternoon, Currently I have configured a storage TS2900 disk that supports the backup backup exec 2012, but has acquired a 2500 DataDomain more storage. how do I add the domain to data storage 2500 TS2900 or replace the existing one. thank you for your help thanks.

If you are using the DD as a file server, then you can add it using the procedure in this document

Once added, you can target your jobs to the disk storage on the DD.  You can use this disk storage as an additional storage or replacement for your old disk storage.  If you are replacing your old disk storage, then you can also duplicate the backup sets on your old disk storage to this new one.
