agent browser service keep shuting down

My agent browser service keep shutting down every other day which cases the oracle DB back up to fail. When I restart the service it starts ok. Then it will work for couple of days and agent browser service will shutting down again.
Does any one know why this service keeps shutting down?

My agent browser on BE 8.6 Server kept shutting down causing my Windows98 agents to disapear. I had to reboot once a day for the backups to work until I added the Agent browser patch. Its really just one file that gets replaced.
