2008r2 server, backup exec 2014. backing up exchange 2013 server in DAG group.
few days ago this started, that when the backup starts, the event viewer on exchange server shows this:
Database headers have been successfully validated. All databases are in a dirty shutdown state. To bring these databases to a clean shutdown state, log generations 8605532 (0x00834f5c) to 8605635 (0x00834fc3) will be required.
exchange is running currently.
I know with older versions of exchange and backup exec that you could safely ignore this message.
does that still hold true?
