backup exec 2014

Estimated good afternoon, I have a problem with the Linux agent I am working with Ubuntu 14.04, and console backup exec 2014 with windows server 2012.
It is a virtual Ubuntu linux server on which the agent was installed, but when creating the tasks for backups not displaying folders me that I require to support ROOT.

Edit: Also make sure you are updated to the latest Service Pack (SP2) with the remote agents pushed out to your remote servers.
