hello good days, has purchased agents for VMware 6 cores, HOWEVER reports I used license in August.
6 cores representing Symantec backup.

I appreciate your help.

Well, how many sockets have you got in your hosts?

I think a BESERVER debug log (left running for 10minutes after a service restart) can be used to identify the host names that are being used for the license count.  - You would need to look for hostnames or FQDN references in the lines (maybe 10-20 lines) that  preceed any line that contains  the text "VMware LowDensity Value"

 

Be aware that such lines will appear more than once with an increasing count as each host is identified so for your instance to find evey hostname you would have to look for the term more than once. (maybe 4 or 8 times)  Also I think TierB licenses are "VMware HighDensity Value" although this text will be on the same line so either string can be searched for.
