backup virtual machine

i have a question and my english is too poor "sorry" but I try to configure backing up many VM that is into a base Windows Server 2008 CORE and i need to work from principal server Hyper-V. It's posible from Symantec Backup exec 2010 R2 or R3?

Yes.  You select the entire host machine and all the VM will be backed up.
