Symantec couldn't figure this one out..anyone else have this problem? I have the agent on a win2k server sp4 Service is stuck at starting.

Called back and got a better rep. Problem was in IE, tools, options, programs tab, for email, outlook express was selected and microsoft outlook needs to be selected.
