hi

i have a client with bews 9.1 on sbs2003

we installed Blackberry express V5 yesterday and it installs msed sql 2005

the clients backup faield last night

is this due to the dsde instance getting messed up for bews?

any ideas would be most helpful

Hi,

Looks like it supports MSDE 2000 only.
Please read up here...

Failing that, see if you can upgrade to a later version of BEWS (at least BEWS 12.5 which is still supported). This will allow a DB upgrade to SQL 2005, and you should get no further errors.
