existe-t-il un soft symanetc qui calcul la volumetrie que l'on souhaite sauvegarder?

By enabling Display Progress indicators for backup jobs option from Backup Exec settings you can achieve what you are looking for. But pre-scan might take very long depending on the size of backups and due to this backups may take more time than usual to complete.

From tools --> Options -->  Properties --> Settings --> Preferences

To add to the above, pre-scan will eat up your server resources and the backups will be slow too.
