I have a problem to export the tape. I have a error message.

Error occurred with this particular media or all the media giving the same error?

What version of backup exec you have?

Is BE crashing all the time or only while exporting this media?

Have you confirmed that the Job Engine service is in running state before you run the Export operation??

Also if the service is started then at what stage the job fails (immediately or after some long time)

I think you may not have any problems with scheduled backup jobs.

Know the Backup exec version? and also did you find any warnings or errors in event log please post
