Im having an issue getting the remote agent for windows servers on my new storage server 2003 r2 64 bit edition. I have 5 remote agent licenses which was maxed out. I uninstalled it from my old server that is being replaced by this new one. Everytime while trying to install the remote agent, I get logon failed. Using the domain admin account which worked fine for other servers. My main backup exec server is win2000 server setup as terminal server and I am doing this through a terminal server session. I also tried from the new server going to agents directory on the terminal server and manually trying to run the agent setup. That fails also. The 64 agent fails saying package not supported by your processor type. The rant32 msi starts to run then just closes. Ive also copied the rant32 directory local to the new server and tried suggested command line installs, no luck. I appreciate any replies.
