Go to Tools|Options|Job Logs and select either "Summary info, directories, and files processed" or "summary info, directories, files, and file details" as the Job Log Options.
This will provide a detailed log of what was backed the next time you run backup job. Be aware that this will create a detailed Job Log for every backup job that runs after you select this option and, depending on the amount of files being backed up, can create a very large log file. I have used this option and it has created some Job Log files as large 100MB per backup job. Needless to say, you can chew up a a lot of hard disk space in a hurry on the media server if you leave this selection on and running lots of backup jobs.
