configure compress to tape crdridge

i have backup exe 2012 where i configure compress to tape cardridge??

Click on your job and then click on Storage on the right-hand side.  You would see Compression in the right-hand sub-pane.

If you intend to use hardware compression, you should choose Hardware (if available, otherwise none).
