Hello all,
My Windows 2003 Small Business Server crashed in August. Rather than run a restore job, I opted for a clean install on a new raid array and used a raid data extractor to retrieve the files I needed. Unfortunately, I left one out...my Quickbooks data file.
I have located two .bkf files created on an external firewire drive by Veritas 9.1. I have reinstalled 9.1 and now would like to only grab the quickbooks file from these backups.
I'm a newbie and need the file faster than my IT guy can get to me.
Thanks in advance for any help....
P.S.: I can't get Veritas to recognize the external firewire drive, but the OS does...
